The "SY-7500WS-3" is an instant fluorescent magnetic powder that has been pre-mixed with fluorescent magnetic powder and powdered dispersant. You can easily prepare the inspection liquid by simply adding the required amount directly into water and stirring with a pump circulation or similar method. It uses environmentally friendly raw materials and does not contain phosphates or nitrite-based rust inhibitors. Additionally, it has good dispersibility and high wettability on the test objects, allowing for flaw detection not only on the material but also on inspection surfaces with moderate surface roughness.
